Arknights: It Can't Possibly Be My Fault... Right? — Chapter 147

September 7, 2026 Calculating...

Chapter 147: The Coat

The biting wind of the Lungmen Slums whipped across their elevated vantage point, carrying the metallic scent of urban decay. Kai scratched the back of his head, surveying the desolate sprawl of concrete below. “Tsk, I was thinking of asking them for a sit-rep once we got up here. What now? Should we split up and investigate? Judging by the echoes we heard from below, the epicenter of that blast shouldn’t be too far off.”

“Hmm… I don’t think that’s going to be necessary.” Just as Kai finished speaking, Gavial lifted a slender finger, pointing toward a dilapidated residential block looming in the near distance. “I’m pretty sure I know exactly where all that commotion came from. Unless my memory is failing me, Lungmen architecture doesn’t typically feature massive, gaping skylights blown straight through the roof, right?”
